You can quote us your order number and we will do everything we can to accommodate to your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process/ transit to reach you.

WL Ascend reserves all rights to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper affiliated authorities/ department in charged for further investigations.
